James Tharp - President
	Mr. Tharp has over eighteen years of experience in the computing field including technical architecture, systems architecture, systems design and development, software design and development, and database design utilizing structured methodologies. Other key areas of Mr. Tharp’s experience are in networking and network management, programming and computer science, hardware and software integration, compatibility, and interoperability. Mr. Tharp has developed a broad background in the computer industry, providing a deeper understanding of the issues and concerns in all areas of system development. Mr. Tharp has worked in numerous large and small developmental efforts for the federal, DoD and commercial sectors. Mr. Tharp has provided technical planning and leadership by managing and serving in numerous teams establishing Web-based distributed environments. Also, Mr. Tharp has designed and developed many distributed database applications and Data Warehouse environments for DoD communities.
